Our 1300mm x 800mm Zund sampling table is brilliant for a huge variety of applications, its the perfect tool for sampling ideas before they are put into production, we can also use this for rubber cutting bespoke one off tasks and much more. Require a large format sample or job cutting? then this is the Zund for you, our 2500mm x 1700mm Zund cutting machine is the big daddy too our smaller 1300 x 800 this large format Zund cutter is perfect for cutting multiple samples as well as giving us further fire power when our other machine is in use.

We have 4 SDS Automatic Easybenders in house, this gives us lots of capacity to run multiple dies at the same time enabling us to produce dies quicker than our competitors. 

Our newest piece of kit is the Infinite Router from AXYZ, the router has 1,000,000 different uses and can cut a huge range of materials, its main purpose is for cutting Pertinax (counters) the precision of this high quality CNC machine gives a perfect finish every-time providing faultless counters time after time. 

Our larger format Router is usually set for cutting female stripping boards and full stripping units when required, using the CNC router gives a professional grade finish to every stripping board no matter how simple or intricate.

Our large format laser combines speed with precision, a perfect cutting forme starts with a perfectly engraved die board and this is exactly what we get from our Penta Cutlite.
